In the past 6 months, The Community Hub at BA14 has gone from strength to strength. We have continued to deliver our weekly Kindness Cafe offering local people a welcoming environment to drop in a have a warm drink and a chat.  We also have a  weekly computer drop-in where me people can come in and learn basic computer and mobile phone skills. TCAF are delighted to be running  ongoing events with Trowbridge Service Users Group, a substance misuse group on a Saturday, and Foster Care showcase events in association with Wiltshire County Council.

In May Half term, TCAF had the pleasure of working alongside The Photo Club to deliver a   brilliant photography workshop with The Photo Club.

With the support of Selwood Housing and TESCO bag for life, young people have been working hard to put together an exhibition called Waste Attack to be displayed at Longfield Community Centre and The Shires Shopping Centre in the centre of Trowbridge. Young people participated in a litter pick to recycle what they found to be used in the art project.

Gemma from Wiltshire Wildlife Trust was able to come along and make waste-free, sustainable snacks with the young people.

TCAF were delighted to receive funding from Wessex Water to deliver a project promoting responsible water usage. Wessex Water education team came along to our youth cafe to help young people learn about where water comes from and that we should only flush toilet paper down the toilet!
