Entrants will have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.

1. The free prize draw (“Promotion”) is open to Instagram and Facebook users.

2. Members of staff from Trowbridge Futures (“Promoter”) will not be entered into the Promotion.

3. The Promotion will start on Thurday 1 December 2022 at 09:00 (“Starting Date”).

4. The Promotion will close on Sunday 18 December 2022 at 22:00 (“Closing Date”).

5. To take part in the Promotion, the entrant (“Entrant”) must ‘like’ one of the Trowbridge Futures accounts listed below and comment on the Gonk video, tagging another user by 22:00 on Sunday 18 December 2022:

6. There is a maximum of one entry per person.

7. There will be one winner (“Winner”) for this Promotion.

8. The Winner will be selected at random on Monday 19 December 2022.

9. The Winner will be notified by Instagram or Facebook message by the Communications Team on Monday 19 December 2022.

10. The winner will be selected at random by a member of the Communications Team.

11. The winner will receive a Christmas gonk decoration (“The Prize”).

12. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.

13. To claim the Prize, the Winner must respond to the Communications Team within 7 working days (“Claim Period”).

14. If the Winner does not respond within the Claim Period, the Promoter reserves the right to select another Winner.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for a prize or prizes to the equivalent value.

16. Details of the Winner will be available for one month after the Closing Date by writing to info@trowbridgefuture.org.uk

17. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failure of any kind which may affect submitting a receipt, or processing of your entry.

18. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all respects on all Entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

19. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
